FDOH-Columbia & FDOH-Hamilton Not Testing For COVID-19 Through Jan. 22nd

LAKE CITY and JASPER, FL -- FDOH-Columbia and FDOH-Hamilton have announced that they will NOT be doing any COVID-19 testing through January 22nd. Their statement reads as follows:

"The Florida Department of Health in Columbia and Hamilton counties will not be conducting testing for COVID-19 for the week of January 11th through January 22nd.

Below are other sites available for COVID-19 testing.

Baya Pharmacy East provides FREE drive thru testing for COVID-19.  Visit www.doineedacovid19test.com, select Florida, then select Baya Health Mart Pharmacy East to register.

The turn-around time for results is 48-72 hours.

CVS Health offers no-cost drive-thru testing at select CVS Pharmacy locations in Lake City; visit the website below for more information and locations.


Contact Palms Medical Group at 386-755-4020 for information regarding COVID-19 testing at their locations.

If you are unable to test at one of the locations/dates above visit the website https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/testing-sites/ for other testing locations or contact your primary care provider to be tested. All primary care practices have the ability to conduct COVID-19 testing.  If any of the state provided, free options listed above are not available, reach out to your primary care physician or commercial testing sites for assistance.  Fees may be charged by your primary care team and commercial testing sites for COVID-19 testing, ask in advance."
